Recruiting is not a one-time event but an ongoing process that requires continual improvement and learning. As part of our "Impact" value, we recognize the dynamic nature of the field of recruitment, and we work hard to evaluate our service delivery. During and after the completion of each recruitment cycle, we conduct a recruitment process analysis to identify gaps. We then develop and implement new tools and processes or modify existing ones to address these gaps in our next client engagement.
We launch programs (e.g., the “Intuition in Hiring” event) to engage with candidates and the public to keep them updated on trends and how to better position themselves as A-rated candidates. We also survey past candidates to gather insights on their experience. We seek feedback from clients during and after each recruitment cycle to help address any loopholes in our processes. We continue to evolve and grow to better position ourselves for more impactful service delivery.
