CustomeR Research and Sales Associate
(part time, some flexibility)
Interested to learn about startups, social impact and customer research & sales? Do you want to experience what it’s really like to start your own company? Are you interested to learn which positions social impact businesses are hiring for? Come work with Kichocheo this Summer as a customer research and sales associate.
You (have some or all of these traits):
are not intimidated by a multi-column and multi-row word table, or even better are comfortable with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) or a database… or are interested to learn fast;
like to mine the internet for knowledge and enjoy spending time researching;
are intrigued by what it feels like to start your own company and/or would like to learn more about entrepreneurship;
are interested to learn more about the sales process;
are interested to learn more about customer research and design thinking;
can work independently yet communicate regularly with colleagues on your findings and like receiving feedback;
are comfortable asking questions to clarify assignments/deepen your understanding.
be doing research about social impact companies that graduated from renowned US-based incubators and accelerators;
be able to work consistently 12 to 20 hours a week during the internship period;
work directly under the CEO/Founder;
work mostly independently and have a weekly check-in on deliverables;
be encouraged to attend events relevant to Kichocheo and to your own interests;
get access to the Founder’s network;
get access to mentoring and career guidance from the Founder during the internship and until the end of the calendar year;
get a LinkedIn recommendation upon satisfactory completion of the internship.
