VIV SPACES - Sales Associate

Are you tired of the bland cubicle? exhausted by the stuffy corporate office? Do you want  to do something about that? Come be a Sales Associate for Viv Spaces, a young startup that is changing the way we feel in our offices by inviting nature into our work space.

About you: 

  • Dynamic 

  • Motivated by purpose, beauty, nature and/or health/wellbeing or sustainability

  • Energized by finding creative ways to sell the products and services you believe in

  • Masters (or willing to learn) the concept of sales funnel

  • Excited to meet or exceed sales targets, set in cooperation with Viv’s Founder

  • Interested to flex your sales muscles and be compensated based on sales commission

Even better if you:

  • Understand the DMV small company and non-profit culture

  • Are well networked among such organizations

  • Have a background in health, sustainability, therapy, ergonomy, human-centered design, psychology of work

  • Have experience selling products or services related to health, sustainability, therapy, ergonomy, human-centered design, psychology of work, or professional property management

Your responsibilities: 

  • Research customer leads based on criteria determined jointly with the Founder

  • Collect relevant data and enter into database/CRM; update entries as needed

  • Contact by email, phone, in person at events the targeted customers 

  • Suggest and organize events to reach out to potential customers

  • Support the Founder throughout the sale cycles by organizing meetings, managing communications, collecting customer feedback and updating the customer database.

  • Monthly targets will be jointly agreed upon with the Founder.

Location: WeWork, Universal North, 1875 Connecticut av. NW, Washington D.C. and remotely.

Schedule: Flexible. A minimum of 10 hours a week. 

Compensation : Commission on sales.
